What kind of thoughts fill your mind? Take a moment to think about it. It could be a person, place, a memory, your health, or an inspiration. The possibilities are endless. Positive thoughts are the best not only for you but for everyone around you. If you are always negative and sad what is that going to do for you, how is that going to change the results of your problem? People around you will either start to be negative as well or you might see them taking a step away from you.
